FAQ

Is it cold there?

Well, it depends on how you look at it. It's cold at 5,500 meters; in the photo, it's -13. But who's ever stopped themselves from taking a swimsuit photo?

Especially with Everest in the background.

Can a ordinary person go there (not a climber)?

I'm an ordinary person.

The format of travel that we conduct is trekking, not mountaineering. Does not require special preparation.

How should I prepare?

Set yourself up for success.

Create an intention (I've already mentioned that this is a journey of the spirit more than the body).

Have some kind of activity: yoga, paddleboarding, running...And walk! It's best to take the stairs.

What does the journey feel like?

Sports insurance is purchased separately before departure and must cover helicopter evacuation from mountainous areas. We will share a first aid kit throughout the program. If you take any specific medications, please bring them with you.
