NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
Here's a complete list of things you'll need on our route. If
you don't have anything on the list, we recommend
purchasing it in Kathmandu. A full set of gear will cost you
around $200.

Sports insurance is purchased separately
before departure and must cover helicopter
evacuation from mountainous areas. We will
share a first aid kit throughout the program.
